Prices, terms of shipping & handling for deliveries within Germany
All prices in our web shop are displayed in Euro and include VAT (value-added tax, at present 19% respectively 7% for books and magazines). In addition we charge the costs for shipping & handling and c.o.d. (where applicable).

You choose the payment method "Ich bezahle per Vorkasse" in the shopping cart and we send you an e-mail confirmation including the bank details and the application for payment after receipt of your order ( please regard that the first confirmation you receive only lists the items you have ordered and does not include these data). Please remit the amount to the account mentioned in this second confirmation and specify in the money transfer form all other relevant payment data which are stated in the confirmation. We need the order number and your full name. Delivery effects after receipt of the remitted amount. When you pay by advanced remittance we do not charge anything extra.
"PayPal":
"PayPal" is the new, easy and safe way to pay. In addition, payments are received very quickly so that orders can be processed faster. We do not add special charges for using "PayPal" as your method of payment, just the costs for packaging and shipping.
To be able to use this payment service, you will first need to register with "PayPal". Registration is free of charge.

For all deliveries to countries within the EU the prices stated in our web shop are valid.
They include VAT (currently 19% respectively 7% for books and magazines). I.e. the prices are valid as they are stated and there are no surcharges.

Right of withdrawal
You can revoke the contractual statement within two weeks, without stating reasons, in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). Alternatively, if you received the object prior to expiry of the withdrawal period, you can revoke the contract by returning the goods. The revocation period starts upon receipt of this instruction, but not before the recipient receives the goods and not before performance of our information obligations pursuant to § 312c Para.2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with § 1 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the German Civil Code Information Ordinance (BGB-InvfoVO). Timely dispatch of the revocation or the object in question will suffice to meet the revocation deadline. The revocation must be addressed to: contact (at) remedyrecords.de

Revocation consequences
In the event of valid revocation, the work or services rendered by either side must be returned. If you are unable to return the work or services received, or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you must, to that extent, pay compensation (= money). A deteriorated condition refers, for example, to altered, laundered or worn textiles, shoes or similar. In the event of objects having been surrendered, this shall not apply if the deterioration of the object is due solely to an inspection of the object, such as would have been possible in a store. For the rest, you can avoid the obligation to render value compensation for deterioration to the object caused by proper use by abstaining from using the object as your property, and refraining from anything which could impair the object's value. Objects which can be sent as a parcel should be returned at our risk. We will reimburse you for the return costs. Obligations to render payment must be met within 30 days. That period starts for you upon dispatch of the revocation or the object, while the period starts for us upon receipt.
The right of revocation does not cover audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs, LPs, DVDs etc.) or software, if you have removed the shrink-wrap from the data carriers supplied or unsealed them. Journals and newspapers are also not covered by any right of revocation, and nor are contact lenses and the associated care solutions once the sterile packaging has been opened.
Tips concerning returns
We recommend keeping the packaging for at least 4 weeks to be able to return items safely and secure if applicable.
Damaged Deliveries
Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package (if necessary open the package in the presence of the postman). Do not in any case accept a damaged delivery (e.g. an opened box or similar).
Miscellaneous
You will find closing dates for special offers where the offers are shown on the web shop.
As the supplier, we are allowed to send you partial deliveries and you, as the purchaser, are required to accept this type of delivery.
Despite careful stocking, items offered may sell out more quickly than anticipated. We work on the basis that we will deliver the articles you order as long as stocks last. This is especially true for special offers/limited offers.
Special Offers are short-term offers with absolutely no stock guarantee. The offer is valid as long as stock lasts.
For customers from outside the European Union: Valid legal jurisdiction is that of our registered business address.
If not stated else, all textiles consist of 100% Cotton.
We warrant that goods supplied by us are free of manufacturing or material defects. In accordance with the law, you are entitled to issue a justified complaint known as a "notice of defect" for goods supplied by us. We are not liable for the suitability of the goods for a specific use intended by the purchaser.
All prices are in Euros (€) including the local VAT. The price at the time of ordering is the valid price for online orders. Errors and omissions excepted.
The delivered goods remain our property until fully paid for.
These regulations - as well as any contract for sale based on these regulations - are based upon our German "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen" and subject to German law to the exclusion of the UN-convention on contract for the international sale of goods.
In case any of the named terms becomes invalid, all other terms keep their validation. The invalid term shall be replaced by a valid term whose content and economical purpose mostly resembles the content and economical purpose of the invalid term.
All deliveries are subject exclusively to the above-mentioned delivery terms as they are stated at the time the order is placed.

The author (Remedy Records Hg. mbH) explicitly accounts that all websites which are linked to be free from illegal content at the time the linking occurred. Furthermore the author accounts that he has no influence on the current and future configuration of the websites linked to or connected. A consistent check of the sites linked to or connected is not possible as long as there are no concrete indications of encroachment.
